There are numerous programs out there that sell subliminals but the people who run Sprudio.net are especially kind and compassionate. They sold me items in good faith more then once, and worked very close with me on creating custom subliminal cd's. They do care! There are also alot of subliminals out there that are not true subliminals this means they simply reduce the sound and call them subliminals but Elena embeds the positive suggestions in different frequencies. The mind is always working, dreams testify to this fact. I have read a ton of books over the years and heard many sermons on the mind. I've also read many psychological books written by doctors and ministers, and I have reached a solid conclusion that the subconscious mind is that vast storehouse of memories, and past conceptions formed from the moment we are born. It can be thought of as the control center of the mind.
On a conscious level we recognize the workings of the subconscious through feelings, and urges. The subconscious is very different from the rational, logical part of our mind called the "conscious mind". The conscious or critical mind weighs everything according to logic and is linear based ; whereas, the subconscious mind thinks more creatively and spontaneously. It has formed it's ideas through repetition, not logical fact. Instead it acts according to what has been impressed upon it with feelings and repetition over time. Then the subconscious acts as if it is a fact and it is relayed to the conscious mind as strong feelings and convictions. In other words it is something we believe deeply.
The good news is we can reprogram our subconscious with repetition. The Bible says "faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God" (Romans 10:17) as you can tell, this means much repetition.
This basically means that the subconscious mind has to impressed with small, clear, concise statements worded a special way for the subconscious to understand it easier and respond quicker. They know how the statements need to be worded and have several samples for you to listen to and download. It is important to remember though that it takes about three weeks or so before a well-ingrained pattern can be overwritten in your mind. They have alot of materials and references on their site.
